Citadel was hired to provide the design, engineering and construction documents for this interior fit out project inside DC USA Mall in Columbia Heights DC. The project included designing a day care center with entertainment in which shoppers can leave their kids while they do their shopping. It included adding another mezzanine floor for a cafeteria and a commercial kitchen.
